Local Content Assurance Bureau

The Local Content Assurance Bureau (LCAB) provides supply chain, manufacturing, and process assessments to verify that business activities are local. This certification ensures that local operating  businesses meet the requirements set out by the OPA for domestic content. By doing so renewable project developers in Ontario can ensure that the companies they work with meet the domestic content requirements for FIT projects.
